Since 2015 I have been guiding private clients in Monaco through a bespoke and personalised yoga practice. I am excited to bring the skills and knowledge I honed in Monaco to the lovely people of London.
Every class is tailored to your individual needs and designed to achieve your specific goals. I offer a traditional Hatha/Vinyasa practice infused with intelligence on modern biomechanics, and I am passionate about sharing tools to create a happier, healthier self.

Whether you prefer gentle breath work and a moving meditation, or would rather sweat out your stresses through a strong Vinyasa, I can guide you in the comfort of your own home, either in person or online.
I have spent 20 years exploring the world of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and presence, discovering what works and what doesn’t. Allow me to guide you on your own journey and highlight some of the best practices I have found along my own path that may be helpful to you.
My goal remains the same for all of my students: to help you find comfort within yourself and within the present moment.
PROBLEM: Sedentary lifestyle – not moving your body as much as you could?
SOLUTION: I offer a physical yoga practice and active breathing techniques to invigorate, energise and mobilise.
PROBLEM: Increased levels of stress and anxiety.
SOLUTION: I offer guided meditations in every class and constant invitations to return to and accept the present moment – the best cure for anxiety!
PROBLEM: Muscle amnesia – muscles forgetting how and when to switch on/fire up after too much time being inactive.
SOLUTION: I offer a physical practice that engages and activates muscles. My classes focus on engaging the body as much as stretching it. My goal is to find balance between the two.
PROBLEM: Rumination – an overactive mind that replays worries and negative thoughts.
SOLUTION: I offer positive languaging in my classes and invitations to connect with gratitude and to consider being of service to others. Plus, all of my classes finish with a blissful guided meditation to leave you feeling fine!
