Hi, I’m Claire!
Having spent the last five years living and working as a full-time yoga teacher in Monaco, I have literally thousands of teaching hours under my belt.
This depth of experience allows me intuitively to create sessions for both groups and individuals that are focussed to your specific needs and tailor-made to accommodate your limitations and to strive towards your goals – whatever they may be.
I teach in simple, accessible language and avoid teaching anything that doesn’t resonate as true in myself. I approach every student and every class from a space of love and a genuine desire to add value and be of service.

In essence, I help people. I help people to slow down, feel, connect, understand, activate, sweat, empower, surrender, manifest, love, accept.
My classes are always tailored to your individual needs however my goal remains the same for all of my students: to help you find comfort within yourself and within the present moment.
I am lucky enough to always attract the nicest, funniest, kindest students and it’s a pleasure and a privilege to help them.
The best gift I have to offer is yoga as a tool to feel great from the inside out. I love being in a position to add value to the lives of those around me. I believe in the transformative power of yoga.
Having worked in a stressful city job, it was a regular yoga practice that brought me back to balance, calming me after a full-on day and promoting healthy and regular sleeping patterns. I love witnessing similar benefits in my students. Whether it’s evolution over an extended period of regular sessions or that post-yoga glow after the first session, I love seeing these triumphs in my students and I invite you to try it for yourself.
What to expect…
A session with me will invite you to focus on movement, breath and the internal self to the exclusion of everything else.
Whether moving fast or slow, my classes are always cued to the breath, with constant prompts to observe and feel present moment conditions.
Encouragement is given to move towards acceptance of the ‘now’ and to cultivate positivity and ease.
On a physical level, my classes always seek to offer balance between strengthening and opening (stretching) the body, ensuring a safe and beneficial practice.
My sequences are planned to honour the natural alignment of the body, with careful consideration given to transitions that are intelligent and kind to the physical form.
