Claire has a natural talent for yoga and meditation. Her teaching is focused and spiritual. I have done in studio, outdoor and at home classes with Claire and always come away serene and energized. Highly recommended.

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years with a variety of styles. However I have found it hard to find a style I enjoy and an instructor whom I have clicked with. I met Claire in Monaco in 2016 have not looked back. Our regular private sessions have transformed me mentally and physically. Her guidance through yoga has given me a deeper understanding of my body and what it’s capable of. To be challenged and to see continual improvements along the way has inspired me.
After not doing any sports for 20 years I decided to take up Yoga and I can’t express how glad I am to have met Claire. Since the first session I feel relieved of all my stress and invaded with well-being in both my body and mind. Little by little I’ve become addicted and have made great progress very fast thanks to Claire’s patience, professionalism and teaching skills. She understands me, pushes me to the limits of my aptitudes but without ever breaking them and after each session, I feel this magical sensation of lightness, relief and well-being. Claire has been my sunrise yoga teacher for a few years. Spending the early morning hour with Claire helped me set a positive energetic vibration to my day. Claire is an amazing yoga instructor. A warm and kind-hearted person that likes to personalise each of her classes to the students. Invigorating and relaxing at the same time, her classes bring together movement and breath for a flowing Vinyasa practice, always challenging yet gentle to the body. I always feel great after one of her sessions. Claire makes each class unique and so special and I am lucky I practice with her.
